Cancellation and Refund Policy

Plans change, and we would rather you know exactly where you stand before you book. This policy applies to all our ayahuasca retreats, San Pedro ceremonies and Andean ceremonies. It works together with our terms and conditions.
How to cancel
Write to us at info@ayahuascacusco.com or on WhatsApp +51 960 280 759. A cancellation is only valid once we confirm it to you in writing.
Refunds by notice period
The refund is calculated on the total cost of your ceremony or retreat, counting the days between our written confirmation of your cancellation and the start date:

| 6 to 14 days | 60% of the total cost |
| 3 to 5 days | 20% of the total cost |
| 1 to 2 days, or no-show | No refund |
Changing your date
In case of an emergency or force majeure, you can move your retreat to another date by letting us know at least 2 days before. Any cost of the change is arranged with our booking assistant.
If you arrive in Cusco with altitude sickness and are not fit for the ceremony, we can move your ceremony to another date.
If the health screening does not approve you
If, after paying, our health screening shows that a ceremony would not be safe for you, we refund you. The details are arranged with our booking assistant.
Removal from a ceremony
Participants who have consumed alcohol or drugs, or who do not follow the instructions of our team, may be removed from the ceremony or the retreat without a refund, as set out in our terms and conditions.
If a master cannot attend
Our community has several masters. If one of them cannot lead your ceremony, another one does, and your ceremony goes ahead as planned.
How we pay refunds
Refunds are paid in cash or by bank transfer within 2 business days. Bank, card and PayPal fees are paid by the client.
