- Contact data: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the messages you send us through our forms, email or WhatsApp.
- Booking data: the program you choose, your dates, the number of people, your pickup point and your payments.
- Health information: the answers you give in our Preliminary Diagnostic Form.
- Website usage data: information collected through cookies by Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit and the type of device you use. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and send you information you ask for.
- To manage your booking, your payments and your pickup.
- To assess, through the health screening, whether you can take part safely.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
The health information you share is used only to look after your safety. We do not use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our business, such as Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), our email and messaging providers, and banks or PayPal when you make a payment. Some of these providers process data outside Peru.
Photos and video
We only take and use photos or video of participants with their permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time by writing to info@ayahuascacusco.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we need it for the purposes above and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, rectify, cancel (delete) or oppose the use of your personal data, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to info@ayahuascacusco.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales).
Minors
Our ceremonies are only for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
